ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Admission Requirements to the Business Administration Technician
- Degree
- Secondary school completion Diploma. Present original to collate seen the original and a photocopy.
- Original and photocopy of credits from first to sixth year.
- Submit copy of personal identification card.
- If the student is a minor, he or she must present original birth certificate. Three recent photographs, passport size.
- Certificate of physical and mental health, with terms of less than two months.
- Approved IBT TOEFL 500 points, applied by Universidad Tecnológica Oteima.
- In case of students from other countries or private universities of the republic, they should lodge claims and content of materials, approved for due recognition
Grade Point Average (GPA)
- Students must have an average of 71 points (scale of 1-100) in all subjects.
Other admission requirements
- To be willing to comply with the guidelines of the university.
- To be responsible to fulfill the tasks and academic schedules promptly.
- To have an interest in receiving instruction and actively participate in creating their own learning (laboratory practices, research, assignments and projects that require commitment by the student).
Foreign students require other admission requirements:
- Diploma, credits and / or documents completion of secondary school duly authenticated by the Consulate or Panama representation in the country of origin of the person concerned or by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama or otherwise in accordance with the Apostille of The Hague.
- Revalidation of high school diploma issued by the Ministry of Education (undergraduate only).
- Photocopy of passport (present original for matching seen the original).
- Migration Carné (present original for matching seen the original). No registration will be accepted foreigners who have not obtained their permission to stay in the country, to check this card must provide their corresponding migration.
- Student Visa.
- Three passport photos.
- Certificate of physical and mental health.
- Documents written in another language must be translated into Spanish by an authorized translator in Panama.
- Credits must contain the name of the country of origin, type of education, level, degree or years of study.

The student must finish his career with a minimum average of seventy-one points (71) equivalent to C.

Maintain while studying an average of 71% (on a scale of 1 to 100), equivalent to an index by cumulative period of not less than 1.0. The Final Project Graduation should be approved with a minimum score of 81 points.
Final Project Graduation:
Approve graduation option according to the method chosen by the student, namely:
- Final Project Graduation, or supervised professional practice, graduate or two subjects, or two research seminars.
- In all options the student must submit a written document according to the Manual of Oteima Final Project Graduation , to support their project, paper or proposal evaluator before a jury, and get a minimum score of 81 points.
Final Comprehensive Exam:
- The student must pass a general knowledge test with a minimum of 81 points. This test will be applied at the end of the curriculum, after verification of the student’s academic status.
